The Limo Services Dispatcher will coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with casino hosts, VIP personnel and requesting departments while providing excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

Communicate with limousine and shuttle bus drivers to ensure constant status and location with multi-line phone systems.
Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes.
Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances.
Train newly hired dispatchers on communication systems, computer programs such as, answering multi-line phone system and dispatching.
Ensure company property and equipment is properly used and maintained.
Maintains strict confidentiality regarding MGM Resorts International guests and their activities.
Prioritize guest reservations. Ensure our highest rated guests have priority.
Troubleshoot complex problems and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
Answering multiple phone lines, taking and inputting reservations, dispatching chauffeurs, tracking transports, maintain chauffeur rotations, tracking airline flights, clearing transports, effective radio communication.
Protect and utilize Company assets in a responsible and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Project a friendly, professional, and cordial demeanor to all potential and existing guests, co-workers and management.
Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Be knowledgeable of Company Executives, Department management, and Company goals.
Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
Identify and report defects throughout the work environment; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
Participate in the property’s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
Other job related duties as requested.

At least 21 years of age.
At least 1 year of guest service experience.
Working knowledge of two-radios and handling multi-line telephones.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

At least 1 year of Transportation or Similar dispatching experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
