POSITION OVERVIEW

Our team needs entry-level Customer Support Technicians with a commitment to customer satisfaction during each interaction. Candidates will become specialists as they answer phone calls, providing customer support and upselling whenever possible. You should be willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and be highly reliable. Full-time and part-time options with multiple shifts and schedules are available.

This position is located in Beverly, MA 01915.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT IS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN?
This position is responsible for receiving customer service requests using the latest contact center technology and customer experience strategy. As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week, resolving support issues and ensuring best in class customer support. You will become an all-around asset to the team.

Our entry-level Customer Support Technician are responsible for the following tasks:
Support customers, handle requests, provide solutions
Thoroughly learn the client’s products and services
Maintain existing client relationships with professionalism
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management
Escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary
Resolve issues empathetically within the first interaction

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally always. Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.

Other Customer Support Technician Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
Must be proficient with basic PC skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Highly reliable
Minimum 18 years of age
Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
